Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

We ship to Portugal and other supported European destinations, including Ireland and the United Kingdom. Delivery times vary by product, supplier, and destination. Where available, estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Order processing time is additional.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, public holidays, and customs clearance, where applicable, may affect arrival times

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any applicable thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Abstract Meadow is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Orders
